APPROVED: If you approved your proofs then we’ll get going right away to put them into production! No more work needed on your end.

NOT APPROVED: If you did not approve your proofs, are you uploading new files? If so, we’ll wait for your new submissions!

If we’re doing a design for you, did you put in the comments what you needed changed? If so, we’ll be busy making those changes and will send new proofs when we are done!

• Remember: You can check status of your order online by logging into your account.
• All standard products are located online and you can get immediate pricing there.
• Turnaround times begin on the date of proof approval on orders approved before 1 pm. If approved after 1pm, add 1 day to production.
